Sandy Gunther brings a warm, people-first approach to real estate, guided by a genuine desire to help others achieve one of life’s most meaningful milestones—homeownership. Before beginning her career in real estate, Sandy worked in telecommunications and also spent time working with children with autism and adults with disabilities. Those experiences strengthened her communication skills, patience, compassion, and ability to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds. She also brings a strong foundation in customer service, attention to detail, and time management—qualities that translate naturally into serving buyers and sellers.

As Sandy builds her real estate career, she is focused on delivering a high level of personal service and striving to meet and exceed her clients’ expectations. She prides herself on her outgoing personality and, just as importantly, her ability to listen carefully. By taking the time to understand what matters most to each client, Sandy aims to provide thoughtful guidance and make the real estate process as comfortable and rewarding as possible.

Sandy has called Royse City home for the past five years and has developed a strong familiarity with the local community and surrounding area. Her local knowledge, combined with her enthusiasm for helping others, allows her to serve clients with both a personal connection and a commitment to their goals.

Outside of real estate, Sandy is an avid equestrian who loves riding and spending time with her horse. She also enjoys time spent with her son and being outdoors with her farm animals and gardening. Whether she is helping a client pursue homeownership or enjoying time with the things she loves most, Sandy brings enthusiasm, care, and a genuine appreciation for building meaningful connections with others.
