With deep roots in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and a passion for helping others, Erika Loya is a dedicated REALTOR committed to providing exceptional service to buyers and sellers throughout North Texas. Having called the DFW area home for more than 40 years, Erika offers invaluable local market knowledge, trusted guidance, and a client-first approach that makes every real estate transaction as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Erika is the proud daughter of immigrant parents and the eldest of three siblings. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about helping families from all backgrounds confidently navigate the home buying and selling process. Her ability to communicate clearly in both languages allows her to bridge cultural and language barriers, ensuring Spanish-speaking clients fully understand every step of their transaction while receiving the same personalized, professional representation every client deserves.

Before launching her real estate career, Erika built an extensive background in the construction industry, serving as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Project Manager. That experience provides her with a unique perspective on homes, construction, and the transaction process, allowing her to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and confidently guide clients from contract to closing.

Known for her patience, compassion, and attention to detail, Erika believes real estate is about more than buying or selling property—it's about helping people achieve their goals and creating lasting relationships built on trust. Outside of real estate, Erika treasures time with her husband and daughters and is especially proud to be the mother of a law enforcement officer. She enjoys horseback riding, off-road adventures, thrifting, and making lasting memories with her family.
