Prior to real estate, Layla dedicated her career to education, first as a bilingual classroom teacher and later as an assistant principal. Throughout her leadership roles, she developed a reputation for creating effective systems, mentoring colleagues, and fostering strong relationships with students, families, and staff. Most recently, she served as an assistant principal in Royse City ISD, where her commitment to service and helping others continued to shape her professional approach.

Layla's passion for real estate stems from her genuine desire to help people find the perfect place to call home.
