Before launching her real estate career, she worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Medical City Dallas, where she developed a sharp analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex, high-stakes situations with precision. She now applies these same skills to real estate—analyzing market trends, evaluating property value, and structuring deals thoughtfully—so her clients can make confident, well-informed decisions at every stage of the transaction.

Having spent years in the Rockwall/Fate area before officially becoming a homeowner there in 2024, Marian has developed a strong familiarity with the community and its surrounding markets. Outside of real estate, Marian enjoys baking, cooking, and exploring new foods, as well as spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
