Monica Johnson is a seasoned REALTOR® with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry and over 25 years of experience in customer service. Her infectious positivity, unwavering determination, and forward-thinking mindset have earned her multiple Top Producer awards and a spot on the Agent Leadership Council during her time at Keller Williams. 

Before transitioning to real estate, Monica worked as a licensed Court Reporter for the Federal Courts and the U.S. Attorney's Office and as a Paralegal for several law firms, giving her a deep understanding of legal processes and customer service. 

Monica is passionate about helping her clients make informed decisions every step of the way and establishing clear communication to ensure they feel confident throughout the buying or selling process. Her focus on building strong relationships and prioritizing customer satisfaction has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and mentor to other agents. 

In addition, as a highly knowledgeable, top producing agent with unmatched skill at negotiations, communications and understanding of the market, Monica is a key asset to M&D Real Estate and the Royse City Office where she leads as Co-Director of the Residential Group. 

A long-time Royse City resident, Monica is a dedicated member of her community. She is a devoted wife and mother of three children and two grandsons and enjoys quality time with her loved ones, camping, singing, dancing, and participating in charity events.
